Eligibility:
This Promotion is open to on-trade venues in the United Kingdom that are stockists of Estrella Damm products and participating in the consumer facing promotion for Estrella Damm's 150th Anniversary.
In order for staff to partake in the prize, should a venue win, staff must be residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding:
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
- Employees of the Promoter's subsidiaries or other group companies.
- Agents or third parties acting on behalf of the Promoter.
- Anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
No Purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion.
Promotional Period:
The promotion will run from 00:00 01/04/2026 to 23:59 31/05/2026 (the "Promotional Period").
How to Win:
All eligible venues are automatically entered into this Promotion. The venue that obtains the highest number of valid entries into the Estrella Damm On-Trade consumer promotion during the Promotional Period will be declared the Winner.

Prizes:
Trip Prize:
2-day trip to Barcelona for 4 staff members of the winning venue (18+) between 09/10/2026 and 11/10/2026, including:
- Return economy flights from the winner's closest airport accommodating flights to Barcelona on 09/10/2026 (excluding London City Airport).
- 4* hotel accommodation for two nights on either a double or twin room basis.
- Return transfers from the airport in Barcelona to the hotel.
- An Estrella Damm Brewery Experience in Barcelona. This will be pre-booked when the trip is arranged.
- Lunch at El Nacional restaurant in Barcelona, prepaid by the Promoter.
The trip must be taken on 09/10/2026 to 11/10/2026. If the winner is not available on those dates, they will forfeit their prize and a reserve winner will be drawn.
The winner will be asked to provide their 3 preferred airports during the Prize claim process, and the Promoter will endeavour to book flights at one of these airports. If flights are not available on the dates required, the Promoter will liaise with the winner to organise the flights from another airport.
Anything not expressly stated as being included as part of this prize is the responsibility of the winner and any associated costs will not be paid by the Promoter.
No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or part of a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable.

Winner Selection:
The Winner will be the venue that obtains the most entries into the On-Trade consumer promotion during the Promotional Period.
Entrants to the On-Trade consumer promotion will be asked to select the venue they purchased their participating Estrella Damm product from.
Each valid entry will be tracked to ensure fairness.
Winner Notification:
The winning venue will be notified by their Damm Account Manager who will arrange the organisation of the trip. The Account Manager will oversee collecting the details needed for the trip to take place and liaise directly with the venue to confirm all subsequent details and finalised itinerary within 7 days. The winning venue will have 14 days to confirm clear acceptance in order to claim the Prize. The county of the winning venue will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.
In the event that the provisional winner does not respond in time, rejects the prize or are ineligible, the Promoter will contact the venue with the next highest number of valid entries during the Promotional Period, who must comply with the same verification process in the same time frame. If after contacting the second and third highest scoring venues the prize remains unclaimed, the prize can be declared void.
Eligible venues are encouraged to monitor their email account and phone connections during this time in case they are the winner including junk folders.
Prize Delivery:
The Estrella Damm team will contact the winning venue using the contact details confirmed on prize claim within 28 days of valid claim to arrange fulfilment of the Prize.
The winning venue will be asked to provide the necessary details for travel to be arranged. This will include valid UK passports of all 4 staff members intending to go on the trip.
Further Trip Prize Details:
The prize package must be taken as a whole, flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guest(s) must travel together on the same flight to the prize destination and stay in the same hotel.
The winner and their guest(s) must each have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the chosen prize destination. Each person's passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. All passport and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant winner and guest(s).
Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. All travel is subject to the travel provider's standard terms and conditions.
The winner and their guest(s) are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance and any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their guest(s).
Travel tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupons(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
Once travel tickets have been issued, the Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies.
Winners List:
The Promoter will make available the winning venue's name and county to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting estrelladammproduction@wearequantum.co.uk. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing estrelladammproduction@wearequantum.co.uk. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.

Verification:
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all winners including but not limited to asking for proof of staff ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the entrant's date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the winner to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
Liability:
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the Promoter's control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected wins.
If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud), in which case liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the promotion.
If any clauses are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then they shall be severed and deleted and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter's decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.
Data Protection:
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless consent is provided. The Promoter will pass such information to its third-party agency Quantum Marketing LTD solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
Entry data will be stored for three months after the close of the Promotional Period before deletion. Participants can request access to personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to estrellaproduction@wearequantum.co.uk.
